To send rigid scopes in for repair, follow these steps to ensure safe delivery and prompt processing:

1. Confirm Shipping Address

• Check the shipping/packing slip to verify that your return shipping address is correct.

2. Disinfect the Equipment

• Disinfect all medical devices prior to packaging.

3. Include All Parts

• Include any broken or loose pieces along with the damaged scope, if applicable.

4. Pack the Scope Securely

• Place the item in a sturdy box with ample cushioning (bubble wrap or foam) to prevent further damage during transit.
• Include a printed copy of the complete packing slip inside the box.

5. Apply Shipping Label & Send

• Attach the pre-paid FedEx label to the outside of the box and ship the previously authorized equipment.

6. Complete Payment

• Important: Payment must be completed prior to repair. All scope repairs require prepayment to proceed.
